Scope of this notice
The Higgfield privacy notice describes the static website at higgfield.cc and its deterministic browser-only motion planning tools. It applies to the public pages and local interactions currently visible. It does not describe a user account, media generation service, upload pipeline, payment product, project library, or mobile application because those capabilities are not enabled.
The operator is higgfield.cc, located at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Privacy questions may be sent to support@higgfield.cc. The policy is effective 2026-08-28 and should be reviewed whenever the site’s actual data behavior changes.
Information you type into tools
Tool text is processed by JavaScript in the current browser page to display a deterministic planning result. The website does not send that description to an AI provider, API, database, analytics service, or project store. Reloading or leaving the page removes the current interaction state because persistent storage is not used.
You should still avoid entering private, confidential, or sensitive information. Describe a source image generically rather than including a real name, exact address, medical fact, private campaign, or information about a child. The tool does not need those details to demonstrate its workflow.
Server and network basics
Like ordinary hosted websites, the delivery platform and network infrastructure may process technical request data needed to transmit pages, protect service availability, and diagnose failures. This can include an IP address, request time, requested path, user-agent information, and security signals. Higgfield does not add a remote analytics vendor to the current site.
The configured deployment platform is Vercel. Deployment itself was not performed as part of the local build. Before public release, actual hosting behavior, retention, regions, security logs, and provider terms should be checked against this notice and the production configuration.
Local observable events
The interface emits sanitized browser events so developers can test whether a landing view, tool start, completion, or call-to-action click occurs. These events remain local unless a developer is actively inspecting the page. Their approved properties are limited to items such as page path and workflow identifier.
The event sanitizer excludes emails, briefs, prompts, generated content, and arbitrary user text. No analytics endpoint or marketing pixel receives the events. A future measurement system would require a separate privacy assessment, data-minimization decision, provider disclosure, consent analysis, and updated testing.
Cookies and browser storage
The current website does not set first-party preference cookies, authentication cookies, marketing cookies, or analytics cookies. It also does not use localStorage or IndexedDB to keep tool descriptions or planning results. The separate cookies notice records this present behavior.
Browser features, extensions, security software, or hosting infrastructure may have behavior outside the application code. Higgfield cannot describe third-party browser extensions installed by a visitor. If site code later enables storage or embedded services, the policies must be updated before release.
Email communications
Clicking the support link opens the visitor’s mail application. When a person chooses to send a message, the sender’s email provider and the recipient’s provider process the address, message, headers, and attachments. Higgfield uses the message to understand and respond to the stated request.
Send only information needed for the request. Do not send passwords, payment details, government identifiers, private photographs, or confidential prompts. Retention and deletion for support mail should be limited to operational, legal, and security needs and reviewed before a larger support program is introduced.
Children and sensitive content
The website is intended for people at least 16 years old. It does not knowingly offer accounts or collect profiles from children. Guardians should not send child photographs or identifying details through support email. The baby motion planning page asks for guardian authorization and does not accept an upload.
Motion concepts involving faces, relationships, appearance, or private locations can be sensitive even without a file upload. Use neutral descriptions, obtain appropriate consent, and avoid entering material that could expose or harm another person.
Choices and requests
Because there is no account or project database, the site does not provide a self-service profile export or deletion dashboard. A person with a question about a support email or suspected website data behavior may write to support@higgfield.cc with enough detail to locate the issue.
Rights vary by jurisdiction and may be subject to verification or exceptions. The operator may ask for information needed to understand a request while avoiding unnecessary identity data. This notice does not limit rights granted by applicable law.
Security, changes, and contact
A static design reduces several risks but does not make any website invulnerable. Dependencies, hosting configuration, network delivery, and public code require maintenance. Visitors should avoid using the prototype for secrets and should report suspected security problems without exploiting or disclosing private data.
Material changes to accounts, uploads, providers, storage, analytics, cookies, payments, or contact handling require an updated notice and effective date. Questions about this policy may be sent to support@higgfield.cc using the data-minimization guidance on the contact page.
