Agreement and eligibility
These Higgfield terms govern access to the public website at higgfield.cc and its local motion-planning prototypes. By using the site, you agree to follow these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the interactive tools. You must be at least 16 years old.
The operator is higgfield.cc in the USA, at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. These terms are effective 2026-08-28 and are governed by the laws of the USA, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Prototype status
The tools create deterministic text in the browser. They do not upload an image, connect to a model, render media, preserve identity, store a project, create an account, or provide an export. A planning result is not generated video, professional production advice, or evidence that a future provider will produce the described outcome.
Features may change or be unavailable while the concept is evaluated. Higgfield does not guarantee uninterrupted access, particular browser compatibility, production readiness, model availability, response time, resolution, realism, virality, commercial value, or fitness for a specific campaign.
Your source material and descriptions
Use only material you own or are authorized to use. You remain responsible for copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, contractual, and consent obligations associated with a photograph, character, logo, location, or description. The local tool does not clear those rights.
Do not enter confidential information, credentials, medical data, private addresses, payment details, or identifying information about a child. A generic source description is enough for the workflow. Higgfield receives no tool text through an application backend because no such backend is enabled.
Acceptable creative conduct
Do not use the site to plan impersonation, fraud, harassment, threats, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, deceptive evidence, or unlawful discrimination. Do not depict a person as endorsing a product or participating in an event without appropriate authorization and truthful context.
Respect route-specific safeguards. Two-person interactions require consent from both adults, baby concepts require guardian authorization and age-appropriate movement, staged fight concepts must remain fictional and safe, and transformation concepts should use original or licensed design elements.
Synthetic media disclosure
If a future production system turns a plan into synthetic media, you are responsible for reviewing the result before publication. Check identity, anatomy, text, marks, geography, product facts, claims, relationships, and continuity. Reject a result that changes meaning or could harm a subject.
Disclose synthetic alteration when viewers could reasonably mistake the result for authentic footage or when a platform, client, law, or contract requires disclosure. The prototype does not add watermarks, metadata, provenance records, or platform labels.
No rights promise for output
A local planning card does not grant a license to photographs, music, characters, trademarks, models, provider output, or third-party material. It does not certify that a future result is original, non-infringing, suitable for commercial use, or accepted by a social platform.
No customer testimonial, revenue claim, performance prediction, or guaranteed viral outcome is offered. Examples on the site are hypothetical planning scenarios, not rendered customer media or proof of provider quality.
No paid service
The current site has no pricing, checkout, subscription, credits, renewal, cancellation, tax calculation, or refund process. There is no paid generation balance or stored export. Do not send payment information to the support address.
Any future commercial offer would require verified terms, price presentation, merchant details, payment security, cancellation and refund rules, account handling, and updated policies before release. The existence of a production website or configured deployment platform is not a sales offer.
Availability and changes
The operator may update, suspend, or remove prototype features to correct errors, improve safety, or change the validation scope. Public routes and policies should be updated transparently when material behavior changes. Continued use after an effective update indicates acceptance where permitted by law.
External links, email providers, browsers, hosting networks, and future third-party services operate under their own terms. Higgfield is not responsible for content or practices controlled by an unrelated service merely because a visitor reaches it from the site.
Disclaimers, responsibility, and contact
The website and prototype are provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for creative decisions, source permissions, review, disclosures, and release. Nothing on the site is legal, medical, financial, or professional production advice.
Questions about these terms may be sent to support@higgfield.cc. Include the relevant route and effective date without sending private media or sensitive information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow the operator to exclude.
Before publishing any future rendered media, keep a record of the authorized source, the motion brief, review notes, disclosures, and the person who approved release. That record does not replace legal review, but it helps a creator demonstrate that consent, context, and visible defects were considered instead of assuming a planning card made the result safe.
